|Hi there all, just a quick note while I'm waiting for the girls to get ready for the day. Got in on Wednesday evening right about when I expected us to, thanks Quicksilver and their driver, Carlos, who met us at the airport. Checkin was flawless, what else would you expect at 1130 at night! We are in Rartonga, right next to the Great Ceremonial House. The room we are in has not been renovated yet, and is every bit as nice as they have ever been. Very easy to get coffee and chocolate in the morning for all of us. We spent Thursday in the MK, had a great dinner at Chef Mickey's and then did MNSSHP. A great time for the day, and hardly any crowds! The longest line we waited on was Splash Mountain at 20 minutes, everything else was a walk on. Got to love that. Friday was a down day so Kasey could get her homework going. Cath and I spent the day around the pool. We went over to Downtown Disney in the late afternoon and met Pam from Tagrel's for dinner at Rainforest. She is such a delightful lady and we had a great time and chat until it was time for her to head over for CP practice. A joy to see you again Pam! Saturday started out in AK for Donald's Breakfastosaurus and shows, we made it a point to see Tarzan Rocks. We wrapped up the day back at MK for Spectromagic and Wishes. Kasey also found out about the VMK games. She ran into a CM from the Poly that is an expert and took the time to get her going in the Virtual game, as well as the scavenger hunts through the real MK. We got through Fantasyland, Frontierland, and Adventureland. Kasey got her cards turned back in and a lot of secret codes to use in the game. All in all, she really had fun doing this activity.
Today we are off to Epcot and LeCeller for dinner then Illuminations to close the day. We have managed to miss this the last couple of times we have been here, so want to see it. It has been cool enough that we 'had' to buy sweatshirts, along with a ton of other stuff at WoD. I must admit, even coming from Colorado, the sweatshirts feel pretty good later in the evening. But we're still wearing shorts all day long, though long pants would not feel too bad. Just don't quite have to have them with us.
That's about it for now, hope everyone is having a great weekend!
